Meet your provider
Begin with onboarding forms, then meet your provider online to personalize your treatment.
Step 2
Start your prescription
Once approved by your clinician, have your prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy or pay for your medications through our app to have them conveniently delivered by our pharmacy partners.
Step 3
Track your progress
Each month, check in by completing a short self-assessment. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your medications as needed.You’ll also meet 1:1 with your provider at least every six months, or more often if needed.

Stay supported
Our care team handles the logistics so you can focus on your recovery. Have a question? Message us anytime via in-app chat. Or self-schedule an online provider visit when it works for you.

Workit Flex may include prescriptions for naltrexone, acamprosate, semaglutide, liraglutide, or tirzepatide. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, and liraglutide have not been approved by the FDA for treating alcohol use disorder and are considered off-label prescriptions in this context. Your Workit Flex program will be $99 for the first month, and then $129/month after that. This does not include the cost of medications, which vary in price. Learn more about the estimated medication costs on our Medication page.
Yes, we understand that things change. You may cancel your membership in Workit Flex at any time, and we will cancel any future charges on your subscription.
If your medication isn't working, let us know. Send your care team a message, tell us on your self-assesssment, or schedule a provider appointmnt to discuss it. You can explore other options, so you won't have to continue with a medication that doesn’t help or that causes too many side effects.
Possibly. Different people have different experiences with stopping medication, and some do have a return of cravings and alcohol-related triggers. The decision to continue or stop should be made together with your healthcare provider, based on your goals, experience, and risk of return to use. Your provider can help you monitor for any changes, manage symptoms, and decide together if tapering or switching to a different medication is a better option. Learn more on our FAQ page.
